Good for HTC HD7...
I looked at literally 15 different horizontal belt-clip cases locally for my new HD7 and none of them seemed to fit just right. This one really does. After a couple of days carrying it, the phone fits nicely (not too tightly) in the case and is easy to get out when you get a call. The clip on the back is very sturdy and it stays in place on your belt. Worth every penny.

I've had my carrying case for about a week now and am never without it! I can't believe the great quality and super price I paid for it. The protection it affords my HTC-Phone is worth much more than what it cost. I shopped these at Radio Shack and Sprint as well as "Wally-World" and couldn't come close to this quality for the price. Free shipping capped the deal for me...I'm sold and will spread the word to anyone looking for similar items.

Answer  Unfortunately, this pouch is not designed to accommodate a phone with an Otterbox case, due to the increase in size. We currently do not carry any cases designed to accommodate this style of case.
