Answer  Thank you for contacting us regarding the Samsung Gem SCH-I100 Android 3G Smartphone, Verizon Wireless . You should have no issue updating features of the Android Operating system. I would suggest contacting your carrier for technical assistance.

Answer  Unfortunately, Wireless Emporium is an online retailer not open to the public for pick ups. We do have several different shipping methods. 1-2 business day shipping is $24.99, 2-4 business day shipping is $6.99, and 4-10 business day shipping is free.

Answer  This phone does not have the ability to have a signature. You can download an app from the play store to find one, try handcent.
