This case is exactly what the doctor ordered for my situation. I have a Samsung Droid Charge with an extended life battery that doubles the overall thickness of the phone. It fits like a glove and being in a horizontal position, the case eliminates the constant stabbing of my other holder. The only negative is that the metal clamp does not hold tightly enough on my jogging pants that don't have a belt.

Product is perfect for what I need it for. It was ordered after midnight on a Monday and received by US mail the day after Thanksgiving. The clip attaches to a belt buckle or to the top of my jeans. I would highly recommend.

Answer  I have a Samsung Charge which is large than the Stratosphere and it fits with room to spare on all sides. Great case....durable.

Answer  I use the case with a hard-rubberized cover without issue but a silicone-type would definitely not fit, too tight, and I have both types so this assessment is based on factual evidence. Hope this helps......

Answer  It does fit after the pouch softens up,but it is a very tight fit,you will allways struggle to install and remove phone from the pouch.
