Answer The Naztech N4000 Vehicle Charger & Mount w/Interchangeable Adaptors plugs into the cigarette light of your car.
Answer It plugs into the cigarette lighter: there is a flexible arm that holds the device coming of the plug. It was OK for most phones, but heavier units you'd need a bit of creativity. I ran mine up so it would lean against the dashboard just enough to give it extra support.

Will this product allow me to play music from my phone through the car speakers?

Answer This product does NOT include any bluetooth or FM audio integration, so it changes nothing if you don't have an Aux in or other device. It just holds and charges.
Answer This item will allow you to play music through car speakers by utilizing the auxillary cord that connects from the aux port on the radio to the headset port on your phone.

Answer All you need to do that is a aux port on your radio plug it in to your headphone jack and enjoy your music all this product does is hold it in place and charge so if you have a car charger really don't need it. Hope this helps.
Answer It does not interface with he car audio system. You would need to add additonal items for that.

My phone is 4" wide and 6" long, with the protective case, and fits fine

What is the length of the flexible arm and will it support an Iphone without drooping? I have had other arms like this that don't.

Answer The shaft is about 7-8 inches. My iPhone 3S was supported fine. The 4 and 5 are lighter then my Samsung Galaxy S, to it should be OK.
Answer It will support an iPhone without dropping it. What do you mean the length, as far as how big it will expand?
Reply I wasn't asking if it would drop the Iphone, just if it would start drooping due to the weight? I have had this happen with other flexible shaft type systems. Also, I was asking for the dimensions of the flexible shaft. How long is it in inches?

will this work in a Audi A4, where the cigerate lighter is in teh counsol between the car seats, and will need to bend up at 90 degrees?

Answer Its a goose neck off of the plug, so it can be angled to just about any direciton, as long as there is enough room.
Answer Based on the information you provided it sounds like this item would not fit correctly in this car model.
