Broken Zipper Handle

The second day my wife used the case the zipper handle broke, which was a surprise. Poor metal quality was my conclusion after inspecting the unit. Otherwise it works as described and the quality is good, except of course for the zipper handle. It is very convenient to have a zippered pocket next to the phone. I e-mailed Wireless Emporium about the defective zipper handle. They responded the next day and advise they were sending me another unit. You can't beat that. I did not have to write a lengthy letter, complete 10 forms or even send the defective unit back. Nice doing business with them.
