Answer  I ordered the phone from WE. I will warn you that although the phone was unlocked, the phone I received was a Verizon. I tried getting service from T-mobile but even with a T-mobile SIM card, it still continued to try to connect to the Verizon network. I ended up getting service from Verizon.
