does this phone need a data plan?

Answer  We appreciate your interest in the LG Accolade VX5600 Verizon Smartphone. This smartphone would require a data package. I would recommend contacting your carrier for information specific to your plan. Reply  Before I received this answer, I called Verizon and they told me no data plan was needed for the accolade. I hope it does not need a plan, because I ordered two accolades to replace two Droids on my Verizon account.
