You can get portable power, but you can get wireless charging of you I phone and some droids but you need their receivers. The add is a little misleading. Hope it it helps. Answer Seems to work fine. Also have tried a solar charged recharger but it takes a long, long time to charge and never sure how much juice it will provide. With this charger you just need to have an extra set of batteries.
