This phone came without internet. It was a replacement for defective phone. The original phone came with internet access immediately when turned on. What do you think is the problem?

Answer  I do apologize for any problems you have experienced with this phone. The Curve 8330 does have internet capability. I would suggest contacting your carrier for activation/technical assistance regarding setting up the internet on your phone. Answer  I believe this could best be answered by addressing to Verizon? or where ever the prepaid plan would be provided. I don't think it can be, but that is not my field of expertise. Sorry
