Will this work in a 2009 Prius?

Answer This is a standard car charger designed to fit into the cigarette lighter of your car. This car charger should have no problem working with your Prius.
Answer I know that it works with a 2007 Hyundai Accent. I imagine that as long as you have a 12-volt power port, it should be fine.
Answer I can not imagine why not. We have not used ours in a hybrid but unless for some reason the auxiliary receptacle in a Prius can't be used to power mobile equipment, it should be fine This sounds like a question for Toyota and might be answered in the owner's manual.

Answer It will. It is a standard car charger. I use mine in a 2002 Silverado. As long as the Prius has a typical cigarette lighter input it will work.

Will this charger work in a Honda Element? Regular car chargers don't fit the accessory power sockets in my car. They aren't the usual cigarette lighter-type socket.

Answer No it won't fit then.
Answer I have a Mitsubishi and it works in it...it should work in your Honda...if not you can get a universal car charger...look on line
Answer Not sure if it will work in an Element. I have a 2011 Ford Escape and it works well. Without knowing what style port/socket you have, it's hard to say. Maybe you could contact Honda to find a compatible charger. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

My husband just got the Samsung Epic would this charger fit his? Does it matter what type of Epic it is?

Answer Yes. We have the charger and it will work. The connection is mini USB.

You always should get a car charger for cell phones. You never know when your power goes out for a couple days and you really need to charge your cell !
