how do i download vedios and pictures off my pantech breeze II p2000 cell phone to my hp laptop computer?

Answer  I have not been able to download anything with my Pantech Breeze II. The cable works in so far as I can connect it to my PC and the PC recognizes the phone and the software sees it and it now recognizes that it's connected, but I have not been able to download anything from the phone.
