Answer  you should be able to. You will have to download the drivers first, then should be able to go from camera to computer with transfers.

Answer  When I plug my phone into my computer, it installs the driver automatically. Have you tried Samsung's webpage under support? That would be the first place I would start. Then I would do a google search for the driver. Hope this helps.
