Will an iphone 4S fit with an Otterbox case on it?

Answer  This case is designed to accommodate the phone itself. Due to the size of the Otterbox we unfortunately do not have a pouch large enough to accommodate the phone and case.

is belt clip included?

Answer  Yes a swivel belt clip is included. The pouch is much larger than the phone. I used some rubber tape that I have and put it inside the pouch to tighten it up. They must have sent mine pony express because it was all over the western states before it ever got to the midwest. It took nine days to get here.
