just bought the phone and charger came with it. I can't get the charger to connect to the phone? Also it didn't come with a user manual---Shouldn't it come with a manual?

Answer  I haven't had a problem with my charger plugging into my phone, as long as the plug is oriented correctly, and I make sure it's lined up just right. Sorry if this isn't helpful, but I use mine a lot and don't have the problem you are decribing...............Dave C
