I ordered this because I wear Hearing Aids & I don't use the phone unless I can use it hands free. I can send a text message by just talking & the phone types the message. This has been a blessing for me. The ear piece on all the other headsets go in the ear & this one sits over the ear, like head phones. Thank you so much for having this item. I am telling everyone I know that needs or could use a Bluetooth Headset To get this one. They will not be disappointed.
