So you can put a belt thru this case to secure it, right? If you do this will it keep it from swivilling also?

Answer Thank you for asking about the Heavy-Duty Ballistic Nylon Pouch for Samsung Convoy SCH-U640. This nylon pouch is equipped with belt loops and a belt clip to securely fasten your Samsung Cell phone. The belt clip for this product does rotate.

Answer Yes. You can put the case on a belt and it will still swivel. It is the clip holder that actually goes on the belt, then the case snaps down into the clip. It is quite secure and will swivel. Hope this helps.

Answer You can put a belt through the loop clip and clip the open one to the belt. This case comes with two types of attachments, one is an open clip and the other is a closed loop. I prefer the open clip. The swivel is not disabled although you will have to apply some pressure to get the case to turn and disconnect, in other words it won't swing or fall off if that is your concern. This is a great case and I have been using one like this for about 7 years now. I just bought a replacement one here because the other one wore completely out.

Answer I gave this as a gift twice to someone who horseback rides (lots of jostling) with it. He never lost it or the phone. I do not know the particulars but he likes it and when it needed replacing he wanted the same thing. I do know that someone puts a stitch somewhere on it to make somewhere more secure and it is then perfect. I fully expect that when the time comes he will want a third also.
