Answer  I do apologize but this case will not fit the iPhone with Otterbox protector case due to the increase in size.

Will this (Cellet Omega Vertical Leather Carrying Case w/Removable Belt Clip for LG Optimus Elite LS696 (Sprint/Virgin), Black & Red) pouch fit an LG Optimus Elite. with an Snap-On Case (FP3-LGE-LS69-02) and still provide easy removal ?

Answer  No the phone will not fit with a case (silcone or plastic) just enough for the phone itself but very convienent for purse or messenger bag.
