Answer  Thank you for this question, you would not need an additional plan for this product to be compatible with your phone. Please be advised that your phone would need to be equipped with bluetooth capability.

Answer  The Got2b Wireless The Voice Bluetooth Portable Car Kit does not stream music, but is universally compatible with all models of phone including the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-i727.
