1.)
I want a holster specifically designed for the iPhone 5 so it is snug and not over sized. Is this a generic pouch or one designed for the iPhone 5? I assume by the compatibility list that it is generic...or are there different ones for each phone type? thansk

Answer  The brown pouch I purchased is a little to big for the iPhone 5. It rattles around. Probably if it had a protective case around it it would be better. I did find a black one that works very well.

is this big enough to handle the droid x with a extended battery? thanks

Answer  I wouldn't go with this product for the Droid X. I purchased it for my wife...the magnet in the flip top was strong enough to activate the "car mode" on the phone every time we put the phone in the case...and by activating the "car mode", the display stayed on the whole time the phone was in the case. Also, the fit is quite snug. After going through several cases for the Droid X, the one that we selected for both of our phones was the Verizon black leather option. It works well and the phone is not overly snug.
