When will my order arrive?
This will depend on a number of factors including your Ship To location (proximity
from Southern California), product availability, and shipping
method selection (first class, Priority, Overnight). Pending
availability of all items in an order, orders are fulfilled
within 1-2 business days and all orders are shipped via the
United States Postal Service. You can easily check the status

My order status shows that my order has been delivered but I still don't have it what do I do?
Our order status function pulls data directly from the US Postal
Service servers. After you have checked all the feasible areas
where your postal carrier may have left the package (aside from
your mailbox), print out the confirmation information supplied
and provide it to your local carrier for lost delivery.

I do not like the item(s) I received and would like a refund how do I do this?
If it is within 30 DAYS of the date of receipt

I believe you sent me the wrong item what do I do?
Many cell phone accessories are cross-compatible (can be used
with multiple phone models). Manufacturers design units in
order to save costs in production. If you feel that you may
have received the wrong product, email our Merchandising Dept. at:
products@wirelessemporium.com.
If we indeed shipped the wrong item, we will re-ship the correct
unit expeditiously.

Why did my item arrive without any packaging?
The majority of items we carry are manufacturer-direct
and are shipped without the "fancy" packaging that
is priced into the same products you find at your typical
cell phone store or mass-market retailer. We utilize our substantial
buying power purchasing in bulk directly from the manufacturers
and selling direct to the customer.

What type of warranty do we have on our product?
All products are warranted for 1 Yr. unless
specified otherwise. Our warranty does not cover abuse, neglect,
or improper installation of product, or acts of nature. PLEASE
NOTE: Installation of any of our products are at your own
risk. Wireless Emporium is not liable for any damages caused
by our products. Damage(s) due to what Wireless Emporium deems
customer negligence is not covered under this warranty.
