Answer I just received my Droid RAZR cover with custom 49er artwork that I created and it looks great! It arrived 9 days after I placed the order.
Answer If you have a picture you can upload and they sell the correct cover then they can. You have to choose the cade from their siye if it is available and you pay gor the case you choose and for the design cost about 29 dollars and change. Hope this helped.
